Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Alexandra Pohl
Alexandra Pohl founded Fortuneo to build a Class A commercial real estate platform structured around institutional discipline, tenant-facing operational excellence, and full LP-GP alignment. She sits on every investment committee, chairs the platform valuation committee, and is the signing authority on every acquisition.
Alexandra's investment thesis is direct: mediocre office is in secular decline; trophy Class A is widening its lead; and the winners of the next cycle will be the operators who buy at a real cost basis, reposition intelligently, and treat tenants like the ten- and twenty-year partners they are. That thesis is written into every Fortuneo fund document, every asset management plan, and every LP report.

The Fortuneo Advisory Board provides strategic counsel to the CEO and executive team on capital markets, tenant relationships, regulatory posture, and portfolio strategy. Advisory board members serve at the invitation of the CEO and do not vote on investment committee matters.
